By purchasing tickets through our website or any third-party platforms we list, including but not limited to Skiddle, FIXR, Resident Advisor, and Fatsoma, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.
Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded, except as outlined in these terms.Third-Party Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased through third-party platforms such as Skiddle, FIXR, Resident Advisor, Fatsoma, or others are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. We are not responsible for any fees, delays, or policies imposed by these platforms.Refund Policy
General Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Refund Requests: To request a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event, you must contact us within 14 days of the cancellation or rescheduling announcement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Venue or Time Changes: If the venue of the event is changed or the end time of the event is adjusted, refunds will not be eligible.
Resold Tickets: Tickets purchased through unofficial resale or third-party channels outside of our listed platforms may not be eligible for refunds or support. Issues arising from resold tickets, such as invalid or duplicated entries, are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
Artist Cancellation
In the event that an artist or performer is unable to fulfil their commitment to perform at the event, we reserve the right to substitute the artist with another of similar or greater stature. If the event is cancelled due to an artist's cancellation and no suitable replacement can be found, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. This refund will be issued only if the cancellation is officially announced prior to the event date.Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund as specified in Section 4.Force Majeure

2. Returns/Refund Policy
At PullUp Recordings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns options in line with UK law:
Refunds
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund:
The item(s) must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Any item(s) showing signs of damage, wear, or misuse caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Store Credit
If you contact us after the 14-day refund window but within 28 days of receiving your order, you may return the item(s) for store credit. Store credit will be issued once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved.
How to Return an Item

Clearly state your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Important Notes
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect.
