Sport x Music: How PullUp Is Promoting a Healthier Student Lifestyle

At PullUp, we believe music is more than just sound — it’s energy, connection, and movement. And in 2025, it’s becoming something even bigger: a vehicle for wellbeing.

That’s why alongside our events, PullUp now runs Run Clubs in 10+ cities across the UK, giving young people a space to move, train, and meet others in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, these sessions are designed to get people active — without the pressure.

Balance Is the Message

We know what the nightlife scene can be like, especially for students. Our approach is about balance: enjoying live music, community events and big nights out, while also building habits that support long-term health and happiness.

PullUp’s community-led model helps create structure in a lifestyle that can often feel all over the place. It’s not about restriction — it’s about rhythm.

More Than a Trend

The fitness world is evolving fast — and so is the way young people engage with wellness. We’ve seen firsthand how creating inclusive, low-barrier fitness opportunities can have a real impact, both physically and mentally. The same people turning up for the rave are also showing up for the 5k — and we’re here for it.

As we move towards GemFest 2025 and future events, we’ll continue growing this side of PullUp: championing wellbeing, community, and creativity in equal measure.
