Meet at mid day, ready for a 12:30 set off on one of our 3km or 5km routes.
You’ll be able to find the meet location on our Instagram or in the Sports Club chat for your city, head to the webpage here to join yours!
Run Clubs are completely inclusive and beginner friendly – ultimately, we created the run club as an outlet for a load of party animals who like to run! Each Run Club is split into groups running different distances and paces, and it’s entirely up to you which group you run with – and of course, you can always run on your own or in your own friend group if you prefer!
That said, for the Athletes of you out there, there’s competition to be had in the PullUp Sport Club! Join the Strava group and get your scores on the doors – and if you really fancy yourself, apply to become part of the PullUp Athlete program, where we sponsor the best of the best in each city with merch & cash for competitions!

The Run Club will finish at the location for the ShopUp, so you can get your caffeine fix & a bottle of water straight away once you finish.
PullUp is all about its clothing, so for AFD we’re bringing a brand new concept called a “ShopUp” (like a PopUp, but at a Shop!). Here we’ll have rails full to the brim with the all new PullUp AFD line, a custom screen printer to create completely unique items and we’ll even be inviting some local streetwear & vintage brands to join the action, so you can get kitted out for the year ahead.

C’mon, it’s what you’re here for, the infamous secret location events pioneered by PullUp Recordings.
Locations are always places you’d never expect to have a rave – like Badger in the i360 or Window Kid in the Bowling Alley, the weirder the better. PopUps are always free, the lineups always crazy and no-ones guaranteed to get in…
Get a free ticket, get a text with a clue 24 hours before, get a text with a postcode 1 hour before, first people there get in – if you’re too late, you’re not getting in.
Priority clues for PopUps are given to main event ticket holders, you can get tickets to the main event below. Keep an eye on your email and SMS inbox for clues…
